OSHO© (born Rajneesh Chandra Mohan Jain) was a spiritual rebel, mystic, and enlightened master from India (1931–1990). A man far ahead of his time, he challenged the structures of governments, religions, and society - not just out of rebellion for its own sake, but out of clarity & realism.
He understood something vital:
That the modern human mind is restless, overstimulated, repressed, and deeply conditioned—especially in the Western world.
And so, he created a revolutionary solution:
OSHO Active Meditations™ - a series of 14 dynamic practices, each designed to help modern people discharge chaos, release emotional blockages, and finally, reach stillness and meditation.
What Happens in an Active Meditation?
These are not your traditional silent sittings.
Here, we move the body to still the mind.
Each session is a 60-minute inner journey, moving through 2 to 5 distinct phases - supported by specially designed music to guide and deepen the experience.
You may find yourself:
✧ Breathing deeply and chaotically
✧ Dancing wildly
✧ Shaking, crying, laughing
✧ Screaming into release
✧ Whirling like a Sufi
✧ Collapsing into stillness
✧ Humming like a tibetean monk
✧ Mumbling gibberish like a baby
By fully expressing the body and emotions, the mental chatter exhausts itself - leaving you open, silent, present, and clear.
How to Practice
