Sometimes, emotions get stuck. Old wounds stay open. A memory, a fear, a belief - we carry them in our body, like invisible armor.
E.F.T., also known as Tapping, is a simple yet incredibly powerful technique to release emotional blocks, heal inner pain, and create space for change.

You are invited to come, sit, take a breath, and gently begin tapping on specific energy points (meridian points) on your face, chest, and hands.
While tapping, we bring attention to an issue - be it fear, anger, grief, guilt, anxiety, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, or even physical pain - and speak healing phrases aloud.
The effect is both energetic and neurological. It calms the nervous system, reprograms limiting patterns, and restores emotional balance.

What to Expect in an E.F.T. Session

Each E.F.T. session is a gentle yet powerful journey into your inner world. We begin by having an open conversation to identify what’s alive in you - whether it's a specific emotion, memory, belief, or physical tension.

Then, we’ll tap together on key energy points across the body, while voicing simple, focused phrases to help release stuck emotions, shift perspectives, and rewire limiting patterns.

You stay fully clothed, seated comfortably, and fully in control at all times. The process is simple, natural, and surprisingly effective - often bringing lightness, insight, and deep emotional relief within minutes.
